About This Role
Help our clients maximize the value of our copyright protection services. You'll be the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key enterprise clients
- Drive customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Monitor customer health metrics and identify expansion opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions
- Collaborate with product team to communicate customer feedback
- Develop customer success playbooks and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with SaaS platforms and subscription models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in intellectual property or legal services
- Experience in B2B enterprise software
- Knowledge of copyright law and digital rights management
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Certification in customer success methodologies
